BRACE BOTTOM PART FIXTURE
To provide a brace bottom part fixture that can be used with comparative simplicity.SOLUTION: A brace bottom part fixture 100, consisting of a pair of fasteners 10 that are arranged sandwiching a web part 52 of a T bar, makes adjustment of the installation position easy and can be readily installed to a ceiling material support member 50, and thus can be used with comparative simplicity. In particular, the fastener 10 is a simple piece formed by pressing a metal plate, and thus is relatively small and light, enabling reduction of the load placed on a suspended ceiling. Furthermore, a brace material 1 can be sandwiched between a pair of holding plate parts 13 of the brace bottom part fixture 100, enabling fixing the brace material 1 with screws on both sides, thereby the connection strength can be improved compared to the conventional case that a brace material is fixed with screws only on one side, ultimately enhancing the proof strength of the suspended ceiling structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】比較的簡易に用いることができるブレース下部取付具を実現する。【解決手段】このブレース下部取付具１００のように、Ｔバーのウェブ部５２を挟んで設置される一対の取付金具１０からなるものであれば、取り付け位置の調整を行い易く、天井材支持部材５０に容易に取り付けることができ、比較的簡易に用いることができる。特に、取付金具１０は金属プレートをプレス加工して形成した簡易なものであり、比較的小型であって軽量化しているので、吊り天井にかかる負荷を少なくすることが可能になっている。また、ブレース下部取付具１００の一対の保持板部１３の間にブレース材１を挟み込むことができ、そのブレース材１を両側からビス止めすることが可能であるので、従来技術のようにブレース材を片側からビス止めしたものに比べてその接合強度の向上を図ることができ、吊り天井構造の耐力を向上させることができる。【選択図】図２
