To provide a heat insulation panel for construction excellent in heat insulation performance and anti-bending performance.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat insulation panel for construction having a composite heat insulation material compounding a vacuum heat insulation material and a foam heat insulation material disposed on one surface of the vacuum heat insulation material. A ratio of a thickness of the vacuum heat insulation material to a total thickness of the vacuum heat insulation material and the foam heat insulation material is 65% or less, and the vacuum heat insulation material and the foam heat insulation material are close to each other at a boundary surface. The heat insulation panel for construction is used in such a manner that the foam heat insulation material side of the composite heat insulation material is disposed on a surface side to which external force is applied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
