To enable the elimination of operation against a will with a control valve, even if a part of a body of a worker erroneously contacts with an operation tool and the like.SOLUTION: A control valve unit is equipped with manual operation valves 15 and 16 that supply a working fluid of a working fluid channel to a hydraulic actuator, a pilot operation valve that is operated by the pilot pressure of a pilot channel 23 and controls the supplying/discharging of the working fluid of the working fluid channel, and a lock member 31 that engages to an engaging portion Sa of a spool S of the manual operation valves 15 and 16 by the energizing force of an energizing member 32. A lock releasing channel 35 is provided, which moves the lock member 31 to a non-engaging position by the pilot pressure of the pilot channel 23. The lock member 31 engages with the engaging portion Sa to prevent the operation of the spool S when the manual operation valves 15 and 16 are at a non-operating position and the pressure of the lock releasing channel 35 is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】作業者の体の一部が誤って操作具等に接触することがあっても、制御弁が意に反する操作の排除を可能にする。【解決手段】作動油流路の作動油を油圧アクチュエータに供給するマニュアル操作弁15,16と、パイロット流路23のパイロット圧で操作され作動油流路の作動油の給排を制御するパイロット操作弁と、マニュアル操作弁15,16のスプールSの係合部Saに対し、付勢部材32の付勢力で係合するロック部材31とを備えている。パイロット流路23のパイロット圧でロック部材31を、非係合位置に移動させるロック解除流路35を備え、ロック部材31は、マニュアル操作弁15,16が非操作位置にあり、かつ、ロック解除流路35の圧力が解除されている場合に、係合部Saに係合することでスプールSの操作を不能にする。【選択図】図3
