To provide a back-flow prevention device which can be easily detached in an axial direction even if the inside of a tube body is dirty with filth, etc., and which does not drop off downstream.SOLUTION: A back-flow prevention device attachable to a tube body 1 comprises: a frame body 3 including an opening through which a fluid passes; a watertight part 2 disposed on an outside surface of the frame body 3 and connecting the outside surface of the frame body 3 and the tube body 1 in a watertight manner; a back-flow prevention valve 4 disposed in the opening of the frame body 3 and preventing a back-flow of the fluid from a downstream side to an upstream side; and a grasping part 5 disposed in an axial direction of the back-flow valve 4. The grasping part 5 allows the back-flow prevention device to be attachable to/detachable from the tube body 1 in the axial direction, and the back-flow prevention device includes a drop-off prevention part 7 that prevents the back-flow prevention device from dropping off to the downstream side or being inserted excessively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
