To provide a cable guide structure capable of suppressing a movement of a lower side door to which an external force is applied.SOLUTION: The cable guide structure comprises: a shaft part that connects an upper side door and a lower side door; a shaft support part that supports the shaft part; a bracket that fixes the shaft support part to the upper side door; a cable guide that is arranged at a position separated by a fixed distance from the bracket in a drawing direction of the shaft part, and has a guide groove on an outside face that guides the cable which suppresses the movement of the lower side door; and a connection part that connects the shaft support part and the cable guide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14A
