The first buffer member and the second buffer member each comprise a buffer body part 13; and a pair of external rigid plates 14 integrated with both end surfaces of the buffer body part in an axial direction respectively, and sandwiching the buffer body part. The first buffer member and the second buffer member are connected in series.
