JOINT FOR REINFORCEMENT
To provide a joint for a reinforcement capable of coupling reinforcements with male screws smoothly to each other and usable even in the case where sectional diameters of two reinforcements are different.SOLUTION: A joint for a reinforcement comprises a cylindrical body 11 and a conical additional cylinder 21, a central hole 13 into which one reinforcement 51 is inserted is provided at one end side of the body 11, at which a female screw 14 is formed, and a conical hole 12 in which the additional cylinder 21 is stored is provided at the other end side of the body 11. A central hole 23 into which the other reinforcement 52 is inserted is provided at the additional cylinder 21, at which a female screw 25 is formed. In addition, a multi-row tapered male screw 26 is formed at the additional cylinder 21 and a multi-row tapered female screw 16 is formed at the conical hole 12 to integrate the body 11 with the additional cylinder 21 and pitches thereof are the same with the female screw 25 of the additional cylinder 21. Thus, the joint for a reinforcement can couple two reinforcements 51 and 52 smoothly even when they are eccentric and can be used even in the case where sectional diameters of two reinforcements 51 and 52 are different.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】オネジが形成された鉄筋同士を円滑に連結できるほか、二本の鉄筋の断面径が異なる場合にも対応可能とした鉄筋用継手を提供すること。【解決手段】筒状の本体11と円錐状の付属筒21で構成し、本体11の一端側には一方の鉄筋51を差し込む中心孔13を設け、そこにメネジ14を形成するほか、本体11の他端側には付属筒21を収容する円錐孔12を設ける。また付属筒21には残る一方の鉄筋52を差し込む中心孔23を設け、そこにメネジ25を形成する。さらに本体11と付属筒21を一体化するため、付属筒21には多条のテーパーオネジ26を形成し、円錐孔12には多条のテーパーメネジ16を形成し、これらのピッチは付属筒21のメネジ25と等しくする。その結果、二本の鉄筋51、52に偏心がある場合でも円滑に連結可能であるほか、二本の鉄筋51、52の断面径が異なる場合にも対応可能である。【選択図】 図1
