To provide a floor heating mat having excellent thermal conductivity in a vertical direction, and a heating floor comprising the floor heating mat.SOLUTION: A floor heating mat 1 comprises a groove 4 penetrating in a thickness direction. A heat transfer member 6 and a hot water pipe 3 are arranged in the groove 4. A heat transfer sheet 8 is provided so as to cover a small joist 7. Heat equalizing sheets 5a and 5b are provided on an upper surface and a lower surface of a board 2. The heat transfer member 6 and the heat transfer sheet 8 serve as heat bridges. A heating floor is constituted by using the floor heating mat 1, a heat storage plate 13, a floor finishing material 14, etc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】上下方向の熱伝導性に優れた床暖房マットと、この床暖房マットを備えた暖房床を提供する。【解決手段】床暖房マット１は、厚み方向に貫通する溝４を有している。溝４内に伝熱部材６及び温水パイプ３が配置されている。小根太７を覆うように伝熱シート８が設けられている。基板２の上面及び下面に均熱シート５ａ，５ｂが設けられている。伝熱部材６及び伝熱シート８が熱橋となっている。この床暖房マット１と、蓄熱板１３及び床仕上げ材１４等を用いて暖房床が構成される。【選択図】図３
