GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD BY COMPACTION
To provide a ground improvement method allowing ground improvement work efficiency to be improved and construction cost for ground improvement to be reduced while reducing side displacement generated in the ground upon construction of a compacted sand pile for the ground improvement.SOLUTION: A ground improvement method by compaction comprises: a penetration step of penetrating a casing pipe 3 to a specific depth in the ground; a discharging step of pulling out the penetrated casing pipe 3 by a specific length and discharging sand material S; and a driving-back step of driving back the sand material S discharged through penetration of the casing pipe 3 to the specific length. The discharging step and the driving-back step are sequentially repeat upward to construct a compacted sand pile T in the ground. In the driving-back step, the casing pipe 3 is rotated at rotation speed R in a range from 10 rpm and 20 rpm as well as the casing pipe 3 is made to penetrate at penetration speed P in a range from 0.5 m/min to 3.0 m/min therein.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】地盤改良において締固め砂杭を造成するときに地盤中に発生する側方変位を小さくしつつ、この地盤改良の作業効率の向上をはかるとともに、地盤改良の工費を安価にする。【解決手段】ケーシングパイプ3を地盤中の所定深度まで貫入する貫入工程と、貫入したケーシングパイプ3を所定の長さ引抜くとともに砂材料Sを排出する排出工程と、ケーシングパイプ3を所定の長さ貫入して排出した砂材料Sを打ち戻す打ち戻し工程を有し、排出工程と打ち戻し工程を上方に向かって順次繰り返して、地盤中に締固め砂杭Tを造成する締固め地盤改良方法であって、打ち戻し工程では、ケーシングパイプ3を10rpmから20rpmの範囲の回転速度Rで回転するとともに、ケーシングパイプ3を0.5m/minから3.0m/minの範囲の貫入速度Pで貫入する。【選択図】図3
