To provide an impregnating agent composition for consolidation of a rock bed which can obtain stable workability and reactivity without affected by moisture even under an environment with much leaked water and sump water, and can secure resin strength by foamable control for ground reinforcement in agent injection and tunnel excavation.SOLUTION: An impregnating agent composition for consolidation of a rock bed contains a polyol component (A) and a polyisocyanate component (B), (excluding a composition in which the polyisocyanate component (B) contains an ester compound composed of aliphatic alcohol having 8 to 12 carbon atoms and an adipic acid), the polyol component (A) contains a sodium silicate aqueous solution (A-1), organic polyol (A-2) having a functional group of 3 or more and a molecular weight of 200 or less, and a tertiary amine catalyst (A-3) having one active hydrogen, the polyisocyanate component (B) contains a mixture of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and polyphenyl polymethylene polyisocyanate, and a reaction product of the mixture and polyol, and as a blending ratio of the polyol component (A) and the polyisocyanate component (B), the polyisocyanate component (B) to 100 pts.mass of the polyol component (A) is 70-130 pts.mass.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】漏水や湧水が多い環境下においても水分に影響されることなく安定した作業性及び反応性が得られ、薬液注入時やトンネル掘削時における地盤補強のための発泡性制御による樹脂強度を確保することができる岩盤固結用注入薬液組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】ポリオール成分（Ａ）と、ポリイソシアネート成分（Ｂ）とを含んでなる岩盤固結用注入薬液組成物（ただし、ポリイソシアネート成分（Ｂ）が炭素数８～１２の脂肪族アルコールとアジピン酸からなるエステル化合物を含有する組成物を除く。）であって、ポリオール成分（Ａ）が、珪酸ナトリウム水溶液（Ａ－１）、官能基数が３以上且つ分子量２００以下の有機ポリオール（Ａ－２）、及び活性水素を１つ有する３級アミン触媒（Ａ－３）を含み、ポリイソシアネート成分（Ｂ）が、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートとポリフェニルポリメチレンポリイソシアネートとの混合物、及びその混合物とポリオールとの反応生成物を含み、ポリオール成分（Ａ）とポリイソシアネート成分（Ｂ）との配合比が、ポリオール成分（Ａ）１００質量部に対し、ポリイソシアネート成分（Ｂ）が７０～１３０質量部であること、を特徴とする岩盤固結用注入薬液組成物。【選択図】なし
