FLAT PLATE-LIKE STRUCTURE FITTED TO WALL FACE OF SKELETON, PREVENTED FROM FALLING OFF FROM SKELETON BY USING RIVETS, AND FITTING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a plate-like structure fitted to the wall face of a skeleton and a fitting method thereof, in regard to a new riveting method unlikely causing product failure of the plate-like structure, such as breakage caused by the rivet, excellent in abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: A rivet 1 has a rivet body 20 having a hollow sleeve 21 with a uniform diameter and a flange 22 formed at one end of the sleeve 21. A mandrel 30 has a tray part (mandrel head) 31 with a diameter larger than an inner diameter of the sleeve 21 at one end, and a rod-like shaft part 32 with a roughly same diameter as the inner diameter of the sleeve 21 or smaller and penetrating through the hollow part of the sleeve 21. By completely drawing out the shaft part 32 not to leave the tray part 31 in the sleeve 21, the diameter of the sleeve 21 is flared and enlarged by the tray part 31, and the most enlarged outer peripheral face of the sleeve 21 positioned in the deep side of the recessed part 41 of a tile is pressed onto an internal peripheral face of the recessed part 41. The contact pressure fixes the rivet 1 to the internal peripheral face of the recessed part 41 of the tile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐摩耗性・耐腐食性が良好なリベットであって、リベットに起因する破損等の平板状構造体の製品不良を招来し難い新しいリベット工法に関して、躯体の壁面に取り付けられる平板状構造体及びこの取付方法を提供する。【解決手段】リベット1は、中空で径が一様なスリーブ21、スリーブ21の一端にフランジ22がリベット本体20に形成され、マンドレル30は、一端にスリーブ21の内径より大径の皿部(マンドレルヘッド)31、スリーブ21の内径と略同径又は小径でスリーブ21の中空を貫通する棒状の軸部32が形成されている。軸部32をスリーブ21内に皿部31が残留しないように完全に引き抜くと、皿部31によりスリーブ21の径が末広状に拡大され、タイルの凹部41の奥側に位置する最も拡径されたスリーブ21の外周面が凹部41の内周面に圧接される。この圧接力により、タイルの凹部41の内周面にリベット1を固定する。【選択図】図1
