PANEL PROCESSING BODY FIXING DEVICE USED IN BUILDING
To enable cost reduction and speed-up of construction work by making it possible to mount a panel processing body to a backing material without mounting an unnecessary secondary backing member to the backing material.SOLUTION: In a panel processing body fixing device for mounting a panel processing body on a backing material installed in a building and extending in a linear direction by a mounting metal fitting, the mounting metal fitting is provided with a first connection part for connecting to the backing material and a second connection part for connecting to the panel processing body. One of the first and second connection parts is formed of a joint plate, and a long hole is formed in the joint plate. The joint plate is fixed to one of the panel processing body and the backing material by a bolt passing through the long hole and a nut screwed to the bolt, and the other is fixed to the other of the backing material and the panel processing body. The long hole is formed so as to extend in a direction parallel to an imaginary straight line perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the backing material connecting the facing surfaces of the backing material and the panel processing body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下地材に、不必要な二次下地部材を取り付けることなく、パネル加工体を取り付けることができるようにして、コストダウンと施工のスピードアップを可能とする。【解決手段】建造物に設置され、直線方向に延びる下地材に、パネル加工体を取付金具によって取り付けるためのパネル加工体固定装置であって、取付金具に、下地材に連結するための第１の連結部と、パネル加工体に連結するための第２の連結部を設ける。第１と第２の連結部のいずれか一方を接合板で構成し、該接合板に長穴を形成する。接合板をパネル加工体と下地材の中のいずれか一方に、長穴を貫通するボルトと、これに螺合するナットによって固定し、他方を、下地材とパネル加工体の中のいずれか他方に固定する。長穴は、下地材とパネル加工体の対向面を結ぶ下地材の長手方向に直角な想像直線と平行な方向に延びるように形成する。【選択図】図１
