To provide an architectural structure airtight structural body capable of forming an airtight layer continuous in a direction in which a beam extends in a region where the beam and a column crosses each other as well, and an architectural structure provided with the same.SOLUTION: An architectural structure 1 has a beam 10, a column 20, a first wall 11, a second wall 12, a third wall 13, a first airtight connection part 50, a second airtight connection part 60, and a third airtight connection part 70. The first airtight connection part 50 vertically connects a first beam part 101 and an airtight member 112 of the first wall 11 so as to maintain airtightness in the architectural structure 1 inward and outward. The second airtight connection part 60 vertically connects a second beam part 102 and the airtight member 112 so as to maintain the airtightness. The third airtight connection part 70 horizontally connects the first airtight connection part 50 and the second airtight connection part 60 inside the column 20, and vertically connects a column upper beam part 103 of the beam 10 and an airtight member 133 of the third wall 13 so as to maintain the airtightness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】梁と柱とが交差する領域においても梁が延びる方向に沿って連続的な気密層を形成することが可能な建築物の気密構造体およびこれを備えた建築物を提供する。【解決手段】建築物１は、梁１０と、柱２０と、第１壁部１１と、第２壁部１２と、第３壁部１３と、第１気密接続部５０と、第２気密接続部６０と、第３気密接続部７０とを有する。第１気密接続部５０は、建築物１の内外方向における気密性を維持するように第１梁部１０１と第１壁部１１の気密部材１１２とを上下に接続する。第２気密接続部６０は、前記気密性を維持するように第２梁部１０２と気密部材１１２とを上下に接続する。第３気密接続部７０は、前記気密性を維持するように、柱２０の内側で第１気密接続部５０と第２気密接続部６０とを水平方向に接続するとともに梁１０の柱上梁部１０３と第３壁部１３の気密部材１３３とを上下に接続する。【選択図】図１
