To provide a construction method of a pile head seismic isolation structure capable of easily constructing a strong skeleton, and a pile head seismic isolation structure.SOLUTION: A construction method of a pile head seismic isolation structure 20A in which a seismic isolation device 4 is installed at a pile head 21t of a foundation pile 21 using a steel pipe 21m comprises steps of: constructing the foundation pile 21 in the ground G, assembling on the ground a pile head reinforcing bar 30, which comprises a plurality of vertical reinforcing bars 31, radially provided so that one end 31s of each bar is inside, and an annular horizontal reinforcing bar 32 bound to each of the plurality of vertical reinforcing bars 31; installing the pile head reinforcing bar 30 so that one end 31s of the vertical reinforcing bar 31 is installed in a hollow portion 21h provided in the center of a pile horizontal cross section of the pile head 21t of the foundation pile 21, and the other end 31t of the vertical reinforcing bar 31 is installed outside the pile head 21t; and placing concrete around the hollow portion 21h and the pile head 21t to construct a foundation reinforced concrete portion 23A on which the seismic isolation device 4 is installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】強固な躯体を容易に構築可能な杭頭免震構造の構築方法、及び杭頭免震構造を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管21mを用いた基礎杭21の杭頭部21tに免震装置4が設置される杭頭免震構造20Aの構築方法であって、地盤G内に基礎杭21を構築する工程と、一方の端部31sが内側となるように放射状に設けられた、複数の縦補強筋31と、複数の縦補強筋31の各々に結束される円環状の横補強筋32と、を備える杭頭補強筋30を地組する工程と、基礎杭21の杭頭部21tの杭水平断面中央に設けられる中空部21hに、縦補強筋31の一方の端部31sを設置し、杭頭部21tの外側に、縦補強筋31の他方の端部31tを設置するように、杭頭補強筋30を取り付ける工程と、中空部21h、及び杭頭部21tの周りにコンクリートを打設して、免震装置4が設置される基礎鉄筋コンクリート部23Aを構築する工程と、を含む。【選択図】図1
