To realize a design considering a view of an opening of a building.SOLUTION: A method utilizes two-dimensional or three-dimensional data including a building including an opening and a surrounding environment of the building so as to evaluate contents of a view seen through the opening on the basis of a first evaluation value and a second evaluation value, to evaluate an amount of view on the basis of a ratio of an area of the opening relative to a wall surface having the opening, and to evaluate view properties on the basis of the view contents and the amount of view. The first evaluation value is obtained on the basis of, at least one of a first score based on the number of types of a specific visual element appearing in a view, a second score expressed by Σ(Ri*Xi) when i is set to a natural number that is equal to or more than 1 and is equal to or less than the number of types of a specific visual element, an area rate occupied within a view of a specific visual element of the i-type is set to Ri, and an allotment number corresponding to a specific visual element of the i-th type is set to Xi, and a third score based on a distance from an opening of at least a predetermined type of specific visual element appearing in a view. 【課題】建物の開口部の眺望を考慮した設計を実現する。【解決手段】方法は、開口部を含む建物と建物の周辺環境を含む二次元又は三次元データを利用して、開口部を通して見える眺望内容を第1評価値及び第2評価値に基づいて評価し、開口部を有する壁面に対する開口部の面積の比に基づいて眺望量を評価し、眺望内容及び眺望量に基づいて眺望性を評価する。第1評価値は、眺望に表れる特定視覚要素の種類の数に基づく第1点数と、iを1以上、特定視覚要素の種類の数以下である自然数とし、i種類目の特定視覚要素の眺望内に占める面積率をRiとし、i種類目の特定視覚要素に対応する配点数をXiとしたときに、Σ(Ri・Xi)で表される第2点数と、眺望に表れる少なくとも所定の種類の特定視覚要素の開口部からの距離に基づく第3点数の少なくとも1つに基づいて求められる。第2評価値は、1種類以上の特定視覚要素の顕著性に基づいて求められる。【選択図】図2
