STATIC COMPACTION METHOD
To provide a static compaction method that eliminates the need for a large-sized machinery facility and the problems of large vibration and noise which are defects of a dynamic compaction method, which can secure sure workability with higher efficiency.SOLUTION: A static compaction method for inserting a press-in pipe 1 into a ground that is a ground improvement object, pressing a compaction material into a ground from the press-in pipe 1, and performing ground improvement provides a projection such as a spiral blade 3 on the outer periphery of the press-in pipe 1 for pressing and feeding a compaction material, and presses the compaction material into the ground from the press-in pipe 1 while repeatedly applying a load to the ground through the projection. The blade 3 mounted on the press-in pipe 1 is rotated and vertically moved, which repeatedly applies the load to the ground, and easily generates dilatation in sand particles or local liquefaction in sand particles. In this state, a granule such as sand gravel and an aggregate or a compaction material such as a low flowable material and fluidized sand is pressed into the ground, which can efficiently compact the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】動的締固め工法の欠点である、大型な機械設備や大きな振動・騒音が改善された静的締固め工法について、より高い効率で、確実な施工性が確保できる静的締固め工法を提供する【解決手段】地盤改良の対象となる地盤内に圧入管1を挿入し、圧入管1から地盤内に締固め材料を圧入して地盤改良を行う静的締固め工法において、締固め材料を圧送する圧入管1の外周に螺旋状の羽根3などの突起物を設け、突起物を介して地盤に繰返し載荷を与えつつ、圧入管1から地盤内に締固め材料を圧入する。圧入管1に取り付けられた羽根3が回転・上下運動をすることにより、地盤に繰返し載荷を与え、砂粒子にダイレイションが生じやすい状態、あるいは局所的液状化状態となる。この状態で砂礫や骨材等の粒状体、あるいは低流動性材料、流動化した砂などの締固め材料を地盤に圧入することにより、地盤を効率的に締め固めることができる。【選択図】図9
