To monitor a bounding stone on the ground.SOLUTION: The monitoring system of a working machine comprises: a measurement data acquisition unit that acquires measurement data of the ground on which the working machine runs, by contact of a rotating member of the working machine with the ground causing rotation of the rotating member; a bounding stone determination unit that uses measurement data of the ground to determine the presence or absence of a bounding stone on the ground; and a warning control unit causing an output unit to output warning based on the presence or absence of the bounding stone on the ground in the travel direction of the rotating member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
