To provide a solidification material that develops strength well, and can increase the strength of conditioned soil (for example, uniaxial compressive strength).SOLUTION: A solidification material comprises cement, blast furnace slag fine powder, and gypsum powder. After the solidification material is mixed with water in a 23°C environment so that the mass ratio between water and the solidification material is 1: 1, an integrated amount of heat upon a lapse of 72 hours is 130-300 J/g, as measured in accordance with a hydration heat measuring method set forth in "ASTM C1702-17".SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
