To provide a cable housing container with which the working efficiency of a worker who performs work such as maintenance can be improved.SOLUTION: A plurality of lid bodies 20 each have an engagement portion 22 that can be switched between a state of being projected from an end in the extension direction of a housing space 10b and a state of being not projected, and can be engaged with the adjacent lid body 20 during the projected state. In a case where the engagement portion 22 is projected, when a part of an opening portion 10a is closed, the lid body 20 is engaged with the adjacent lid body 20, and becomes an open restriction lid body 20A upward movement of which is restricted. In a case where the projected state of the engagement portion 22 is canceled, when a part of the opening portion 10a is closed, the lid body 20 becomes a key lid body 20B with which the engagement portion 22 of the adjacent open restriction lid body 20A is engaged, and which restricts upward movement of the adjacent open restriction lid body 20A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
