To provide partition structure with form material used therein, in which damage to the end face of partitioning material is suppressed and which is therefore excellent in durability, and a construction method of partition structure.SOLUTION: Partition structure 10 of the present invention comprises: form material 11 which has a flat portion 11F and a plurality of ribs 12 which are arranged in one surface 11D of the flat portion 11F in a manner protruded from the one surface 11D and have cavities inside the ribs 12; partitioning material 20 which is placed in the one surface 11D of the flat portion 11F; and flame retardant material 30 filled in the ribs 12. The rib 12 of the form material 11 and the end surface 20U of the partitioning material 20 are spaced apart from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
