To provide a technology that can shorten a response delay of a vehicle to remote operation.SOLUTION: In an information processing device according to the present disclosure, a control unit detects the activation of a first application program for remote operation on a user terminal on the basis of a first signal transmitted from the user terminal to the information processing device triggered by the activation of the first application program for remote operation on the user terminal. The control unit uses the detection of activation of the first application program as a trigger to transmit a command signal which causes a first ECU mounted on the vehicle to transition from a sleep state to an activated state to a communication terminal of the vehicle .SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
