To provide a preassembly type raft base allowing labor cost and time for construction to be reduced.SOLUTION: A multi-member preassembly type raft base and a construction method thereof are provided. Reinforcement bars in a foundation large bottom lower layer, foundation column reinforcement bars, reinforcement bars in a foundation large bottom upper layer, and foundation reinforcement bars are pre-assembled in the factory, and then transported to a construction site for final assembly. Therefore, on-site workers are not required to start with bundling or welding of reinforcement bars, leading to reductions in construction time and the number of on-site workers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工の人件費と時間を節減する事前組立式筏ベースを提供する。【解決手段】複数部材事前組立式筏ベース及びその施工方法は、工場で予め基礎大底下層筋、基礎柱筋、基礎大底上層筋及び基礎鉄筋を組み立て完了した後に建築現場に搬送して組み立て、現場の作業員が鉄筋の結束又は溶接から始める必要がなく、施工時間を短縮し、現場の施工人数を減少させる効果を達成する。【選択図】図１
