To provide a technique in which a pedestrian can walk on a road at ease in an attention reminding device.SOLUTION: An attention reminding device setting at a boundary between a roadway part and a sidewalk part of a road comprises: a detection part for detecting a pedestrian on the sidewalk part; and an irradiation part for radiating visible rays toward the sidewalk part if the detection part detects the pedestrian and radiating at least one of the visible rays and near-infrared rays toward the roadway part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
