To enable quick and proper inspection for the presence or absence of abnormality on the earthquake occurrence around a dam.SOLUTION: A dam extra inspection system includes a seismometer 2 that monitors an earthquake around a dam facility D, a monitoring camera 3 that captures an image of the dam facility D, and a monitoring computer 5 that inspects the presence or absence of abnormality of the dam facility D on the basis of the image of the monitoring camera 3 when the seismometer 2 observes the earthquake having a predetermined seismic intensity or more. The monitoring computer 5 uses a dam inspection learning model subjected to machine learning on the basis of the past result data so that the presence or absence of abnormality of the dam facility D is output when the image of the monitoring camera 3 is input.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ダム周辺での地震発生時に、異常の有無を迅速かつ適正に点検することを可能にする。【解決手段】ダム施設Dの周辺における地震を監視する地震計2と、ダム施設Dを撮影する監視カメラ3と、地震計2で所定の震度以上の地震を観測した場合に、監視カメラ3の画像に基づいてダム施設Dの異常の有無を点検する監視コンピュータ5と、を備える。監視コンピュータ5は、監視カメラ3の画像が入力されると、ダム施設Dの異常の有無が出力されるように、過去の実績データに基づいて機械学習されたダム点検用学習モデルを用いる。【選択図】図1
