SOUND INSULATION STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SOUND INSULATION STRUCTURE
To provide a sound insulation structure reduced in propagation of life noise from an upper floor to a lower floor, with little construction labor, in a building of a wooden framework wall construction.SOLUTION: A sound insulation structure 1 reduces sound propagation from an upper floor H1 of a dwelling H to a lower floor H2, and has horizontal long joists 2 forming the floor F of a floor of the upper floor, a tabular floor substrate material 3 placed on the joists 2 and serving as the substrate of a floor finishing material 31, and a packing material 4 fixed onto an upper face 2a of the joists 2 and set between the joists 2 and the floor substrate material 3. The packing material 4 has a fixing part 41 fixed to the upper face 2a of the joist 2 and multiple projections 42 projected upward from an upper face 41a of the fixing part 41. The multiple projections 42 are formed along the longitudinal direction of the joist 2 with spaces, to thereby form spaces 7 between the joist 2 and the floor substrate material 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】 木造枠組壁工法の建物において、上階から下階への生活音の伝播を施工手間をかけずに低減することができる遮音構造を提供する。【解決手段】遮音構造1は、住宅Hの上階H1から下階H2への音の伝播を低減するための構造であって、水平方向へ延び、上階の床Fを構成する長尺な根太材2と、根太材2の上に設置され、床仕上げ材31の下地となる板状の床下地材3と、根太材2の上面2aに固定され、2根太材と床下地材3との間に介在するパッキン材4と、を備え、パッキン材4は、根太材2の上面2aに固定される固定部41と、固定部41の上面41aから上方へ突出する複数の突起部42と、を有し、複数の突起部42は、根太材2の長手方向へ沿って互いに間隔を開けて形成されることにより、根太材2と、床下地材3との間に隙間7を形成する。【選択図】図11
