To provide means capable of easily, inexpensively and effectively suppressing the clogging of a piping or the like upon ready-mixed concrete pumping by a concrete pump vehicle or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a ready-mixed concrete pumping preceding agent or the like comprising crushed sand having a particle size of 1 to 1,000 μm as an active ingredient. Each crushed sand obtained by being crushed has a non-spherical shape and has suitable viscosity by being mixed with water. Further, the incorporation of fine particles of 150 μm or less in the crushed sand of the preceding agent contributes the suitable viscosity when being mixed with water. For this purpose, prior to ready-mixed concrete pumping by a concrete pump vehicle or the like, by circulating a mixture of the preceding agent and water inside a piping, the clogging of the piping or the like can be easily, inexpensively and effectively suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリートポンプ車などでの生コンクリート圧送時における配管などの閉塞を、簡易、低廉かつ有効に抑制しうる手段の提供。【解決手段】粒子径1～1,000μmの砕砂を有効成分とする生コンクリート圧送用先行剤などを提供する。破砕して得られた各砕砂は非球形であり、水と混合することで適度の粘性を持つ。また、この先行剤における砕砂が150μm以下の微粒分を含むことも、水と混合した際の適度の粘性に寄与する。そのため、コンクリートポンプ車などでの生コンクリート圧送に先立ち、この先行剤と水との混合物を配管内に流通させることにより、配管などの閉塞を簡易、低廉かつ有効に抑制できる【選択図】図1
