FIXTURE FOR ROOFING MATERIAL OR THE LIKE
To provide a fixture for a roofing material or the like capable of preventing occurrence of deterioration of packings by preventing the mutual contact of two packings arranged by sandwiching a washer therebetween, and capable of maintaining both the suppression of vibration of a corrugated plate and water cut-off in an insertion hole part of the washer over a long period of time.SOLUTION: A fixture for a roofing material comprises a screw 5 provided with a head part 3 at one end of a shaft part 2 and a sharpened end 4 at the other end, and a washer 6 and a packing 7 attached to the shaft part 2 of the screw 5. The packing 7 is composed of a combination of an upper packing 7a externally fitted and attached to a position on the head part 3 side of the screw 5 and a lower packing 7b externally fitted and attached to a position on the sharpened end 4 side of the screw 5, which sandwich the washer 6 inserted into the shaft part 2 of the screw 5, with respect to the shaft part 2. The upper packing 7a and the lower packing 7b are different in hardness from each other, and the upper packing 7a is smaller in diameter than the lower packing 7b so that contact areas with the washer 6 are different from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】座金を挟んで配置した二つのパッキン同士が接触することを防止するようにすることで、パッキンの劣化発生を防ぎ、波板の振動の抑制と座金の挿通孔部分での止水の両立を、長期に亘って維持することができる屋根材等の固定具を提供する。【解決手段】軸部２の一端に頭部３と他端に尖鋭端４が設けられたねじ５と、このねじ５の軸部２に取付けられる座金６及びパッキン７からなり、前記パッキン７は、ねじ５の軸部２に対し、この軸部２に挿通した座金６を挟んで、ねじ５の頭部３側の位置に外嵌装着する上側パッキン７ａと、ねじ５の尖鋭端４側の位置に外嵌装着する下側パッキン７ｂの組み合わせからなり、前記上側パッキン７ａと下側パッキン７ｂは、互いの硬度が異なると共に、座金６に対する接触面積が異なるよう、上側パッキン７ａが下側パッキン７ｂに比べて小径になっている。【選択図】図１
