AIR VENT BOX AND ATTACHMENT METHOD OF AIR VENT BOX TO CEILING
To provide an air vent box which can attach an air vent member to an air vent box at any time after the pasting construction of a ceiling foundation when installing the air vent box to a ceiling space of a building, and an attachment method of the air vent box to a ceiling board.SOLUTION: In an air vent box 1 in which a duct connecting part 3 is arranged at one side face of an air vent box main body which is composed of a square cylindrical hollow body, and a gas flow-out port 4 is arranged at a lower face, an air vent member 8 attached to the gas flow-out port is accommodated and stored in the air vent box main body so as to be withdrawal from the gas flow-out port, the air vent box is attached to an attic space between an upper-floor concrete slab and the ceiling board by an attachment tool 7 before the construction of the ceiling board 30, after that, the air vent member which is accommodated and stored in the air vent box main body is withdrawn from an opening part 31 which is opened at the ceiling board via the gas blowout port after pasting the ceiling board, and the air vent member which has been withdrawn is attached to the gas blowout port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】建物の天井空間に制気口ボックスを設置する場合に、天井下地の貼付け工事後においては、何時でも制気ロボックスに制気ロ部材を取付けることができる制気ロボックス及び天井ボードへの制気口ボックスの取付方法を提供する。【解決手段】角筒状中空体からなる制気口ボックス本体の一側面にダクト接続部３が、下面に気体吹出口４が設けられた制気口ボックス１であって、前記制気口ボックス本体内に前記気体吹出口に取付ける制気口部材８を前記気体吹出口から取り出し可能に収納、保管し、前記制気口ボックを天井ボード３０の施工前に上階のコンクリートスラブとの間の天井裏空間に取付具７によって取付け、その後天井ボードを貼り付けた後、前記天井ボードに開口された開口部３１から前記気体吹出口を介して制気口ボックス本体内に収納、保管されている制気口部材を取り出し、取り出された制気口部材を前記気体吹出口に取付ける。【選択図】図５
