To provide a highly durable coating floor having excellent crack-following properties, yellowing resistance and AGV resistance, and excellent aesthetics, and to provide a construction method for the same.SOLUTION: A highly durable coated floor is formed by: applying a urethane resin-based flooring material composition containing polyol, polyisocyanate, a diluent, a dehydrating agent, and a filler over a base concrete surface or over a primer layer and/or a base preparation layer formed at least over the base concrete surface to form a urethane resin-based flooring material composition layer; and on a top thereof, applying a hydraulic polymer cement composition containing a water-dispersed polyol, polyisocyanate, an organometallic catalyst, a hydraulic cement, and an aggregate to form a hydraulic polymer cement composition layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ひび割れ追従性に優れ、耐黄変性と耐ＡＧＶ性を有し美観に優れる高耐久性塗り床、及びその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】下地コンクリート表面の上、あるいは、該下地コンクリート表面の上に更に少なくとも形成されたプライマー層及び／または下地調整材層の上に、ポリオールと、ポリイソシアネートと、希釈剤と、脱水剤と、充填剤と、を含むウレタン樹脂系塗り床材組成物を塗付してウレタン樹脂系塗り床材組成物層を形成し、その上に、水分散ポリオールと、ポリイソシアネートと、有機金属系触媒と、水硬性セメントと、骨材と、を含む水硬性ポリマーセメント組成物を塗付して水硬性ポリマーセメント組成物層を形成したことを特徴とする高耐久性塗り床である。【選択図】なし
