To provide a pressure receiving plate that can more easily construct a pressure receiving structure.SOLUTION: A pressure receiving plate includes a head member 10 and a lower plate 30 located on a lower surface of the head member 10. The lower plate 30 is separate from the head member 10, and the head member 10 and the lower plate 30 are integrated with each other during a construction. A construction method of a pressure receiving structure includes: a lower plate installation step of installing the lower plate 30 on a construction surface; a head member installation step of positioning the head member 10 on the lower plate 30 in contact with the construction surface to form a pressure receiving plate 2; and an anchor installation step of fixing the pressure receiving plate 2 to the construction surface with an anchor 5 penetrating the pressure receiving plate 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
