【課題】植物由来の材料を用いて形成した場合であっても、隠蔽性の低下を抑制することが可能な化粧シート及び化粧材を提供する。【解決手段】本実施形態に係る化粧シート１は、着色基材層２と、接着層４と、透明樹脂層５とをこの順に備え、着色基材層２及び透明樹脂層５は、それぞれ、バイオマス由来のプロピレンを含むモノマーが重合したバイオマス由来のポリプロピレンを含む樹脂組成物で形成された樹脂層であり、着色基材層２はさらに無機物を含み、着色基材層２の比重が、０．９１以上１．３以下の範囲内である。【選択図】図１
