ELECTRIC DRIVE SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC WORK MACHINE
To prevent transmission of abnormal voltage to a power converter in the event of abnormal voltage from an external power source, and to perform electrically safe maintenance work by cutting off the power from the external power source as well as an internal battery with a simple operation when performing maintenance on electric circuit equipment.SOLUTION: A cutoff switch 45 is provided to cut off the supply of control voltage from a control battery 41. Further, an AC box 100 that includes power lines L11, L21, and L31 and a neutral line N1 is provided with: an external power relay 100d; and a cutoff control device 120 which is connected to the power lines L11, L21, and L31, and a control voltage supply path 46, and switches the external power supply relay 100d from a connection position to a cutoff position and cuts off the power lines L11, L21, and L31 when a voltage abnormality occurs in an external power supply 92 or when the control voltage is cut off by the cutoff switch 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】外部電源の電圧が異常であった場合に,電力変換装置にその異常な電圧が伝わることを防止し,かつ電気回路機器のメンテナンスを行う際に,簡単な操作で内部バッテリだけでなく外部電源からの電力も遮断し,電気的に安全なメンテナンス作業を行うことができるようにする。【解決手段】制御用バッテリ41からの制御電圧の供給を遮断する遮断スイッチ45を設ける。また,電力線L11, L21, L31及び中立線N1を備えたACボックス100に,外部電源リレー100dと電力線L11, L21, L31と制御電圧供給路46に接続され,外部電源92の電圧異常が発生した場合,または遮断スイッチ45によって制御電圧が遮断された場合に,外部電源リレー100dを接続位置から遮断位置に切り換え,電力線L11, L21, L31を遮断する遮断制御装置120とを設ける。【選択図】図1
