To provide a floor joint device capable of safely absorbing shaking motion caused by an earthquake without injuring passersby.SOLUTION: Provided is a joint plate whose one end is supported by one body and whose other end is supported by the other body to close the joint between the one body and the other body. The joint plate includes a joint plate main body, a pile case provided on both sides of one end side of the joint plate main body, a raised piece that is provided at the bottom of the joint plate main body and raises the joint plate main body upward when the joint becomes narrow due to an earthquake, a substantially crank-shaped locking pile inserted into the pile case, a falling-off prevention means for preventing the locking pile from falling off from the pile case, and a cover plate provided at the other end of the joint plate main body via a hinge member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】通行人等が怪我をすることなく安全に地震による揺れ動きを吸収できる床用目地装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 一方の躯体に一端部が支持され、他方の躯体に他端部が支持されて前記一方の躯体と前記他方の躯体の間の目地部を塞ぐ目地プレートであって、目地プレート本体と、前記目地プレート本体の一端部側の両側部に設けられた杭ケースと、前記目地プレート本体の底部に設けられ、地震によって目地部が狭くなった場合に前記目地プレート本体を上方へ上昇させるせり上げ片と、前記杭ケースに挿入される略クランク状の係止杭と、前記係止杭が前記杭ケースから脱落することを防止する脱落防止手段と、前記目地プレート本体の他端部にヒンジ部材を介して設けられたカバープレートとで構成されることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
