【課題】一般的な市販のスパンドレルを用いつつ、当該スパンドレルの膨張で化粧面が凹んで全体として鱗状模様が発生するのを抑制できるスパンドレル取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】このスパンドレル取付構造は、複数のスパンドレル１が互いに隣り合って下地（上記下地板２と横胴縁５）に取り付けられたスパンドレル取付構造であって、上記スパンドレル１と上記下地との間に、表側部位が上記スパンドレル１の化粧面１３の裏面に接触し、裏側部位が上記下地に接触する裏打ち部材１４等を備える。【選択図】図１
