To provide a measure tool capable of obtaining sufficient refractory performance.SOLUTION: A measure tool for use in a partition penetrating structure in which a horizontal partition through hole 3 is formed in a partition body 2 of a building, and a long body is inserted into the partition through hole 3, comprises: a cylindrical sleeve body 41 that can be inserted into the partition through hole 3; a cylindrical thermal expansion material 42 provided on an inner surface 41A of the sleeve body 41; and attachment means 6 including a one end attachment part 61 for attaching at least one axial end part of the thermal expansion material 42 to the sleeve body 41. The one end attachment part 61 is configured such that its attachment performance is deteriorated by the heat of a fire disaster.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
