To provide an insulation structure and an insulation method allowing an easy construction.SOLUTION: An insulation structure comprises an outer wall unit 30 having a floor beam 12, a ceiling beam 14 arranged above the floor beam 12, a first insulation material 20 arranged between the floor beam 12 and the ceiling beam 14, a frame 31 in a frame shape fixed to the outdoor side of the floor beam 12 and the ceiling beam 14, an outer wall panel 40 fixed to the outdoor side of the frame 31 and a second insulation material 50 fixed to the indoor side of the frame 31 and arranged in contact with the first insulation material 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
