To prevent an outer peripheral surface of a concrete member from being broken in a cone shape in an earthquake.SOLUTION: A seismic isolation support member reinforcement structure comprises: a seismic isolation device 20; an upper footing 40U arranged on the seismic isolation device 20; a stud 28 that has a fixing part buried in an outer peripheral part of a lower end part of the upper footing 40U, and connects an upper flange part 24 of the seismic isolation device 20 and the upper footing 40U; and a steel frame 50 that surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the lower end part of the upper footing 40U, and restrains the lower end part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
