To provide a technique capable of holding an operation tool so as not to sag as well as releasing a holding state as needed.SOLUTION: A blind 1 is provided with a pull code 90 to carry out open/close operation of a screen 2, the pull code 90 attached so as to sag from a weight bar 20 connected to a lower end of the screen 2. The blind 1 is also provided with: a holding member 50 that comprises a holding part 54 capable of holding the pull code 90 and is attached to the weight bar 20; and a release mechanism 100 that is arranged on the holding member 50 and is capable of releasing a holding state where the pull code 90 is held with the holding part 54. The release mechanism 100 comprises a pressing part 60 that is pressed in the holding state to operate the release mechanism 100 so as to release the pull code 90 from the holding part 54.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
