WATER GATE AUTOMATIC OPENING/CLOSING CONTROL METHOD
To provide a water gate automatic opening/closing control method which restricts the number of times of water gate opening/closing control accompanying change in a water level difference between inside and outside when a water gate is temporarily closed, to a predetermined number of times, and thereby prevents overheat and burning of a motor for opening/closing.SOLUTION: When an outer water level rises to a temporally closing start water level H2 (step S2), a water gate opening/closing number counter 22 is set at 10 times (step S3). Simultaneously, a water gate opening/closing timer (T1) 23 is set at one hour as a unit time (step S8). Then, whenever opening/closing of a water gate 1 is performed by water gate automatic opening/closing control (steps S5 and S6), the number of water gate opening/closing number counter 22 is reduced one by one (step S7). When the number of opening/closing times of the water gate 1 reaches a predetermined number of times set by the water gate opening/closing number counter 22 before it reaches the one hour set by the water gate opening/closing timer (T1) 23 (step S9), it is determined that it exceeds an overheat and burning allowable number of a motor 6 for opening/closing, the motor 6 for opening/closing is stopped and opening/closing operation of the water gate 1 is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】水門を仮閉めした際の内外水位差の変化に伴う水門の開閉制御回数を所定の回数に制限することにより、開閉用モータが過熱・焼損することを防止するようにした水門の自動開閉制御方法。【解決手段】外水位が仮閉め開始水位H2まで上昇(ステップS2)すると、水門開閉回数カウンター22を10回に設定(ステップS3)する。同時に水門開閉タイマー(T1)23を単位時間である1時間に設定(ステップS8)する。その後、水門の自動開閉制御により水門1の開閉(ステップS5、S6)が行われる度に、水門開閉回数カウンター22の回数を1づつ減じる(ステップS7)。水門開閉タイマー(T1)23で設定された1時間に達する前(ステップS9)に、水門1の開閉回数が水門開閉回数カウンター22で設定された所定の回数に達すると、開閉用モータ6の過熱・焼損許容回数を超えたと判断して、開閉用モータ6を停止して水門1の開閉動作を中断する。【選択図】図4
