To provide a building material panel and a joint structure thereof which improve a water cutoff effect more than the conventional one.SOLUTION: A first joining end part 30 has a first projection part 31 and a second projection part 32 which are arranged at an interval in the panel thickness direction and project in the joining direction on the side of a second joining end part 40, and a first groove part 33 between the first projection part 31 and the second projection part 32. The second joining end part 40 has a second groove part 42 to which the first projection part 31 is fitted, a third groove part 43 to which the second projection part 32 is fitted, a third projection part 44 to be fitted to the first groove part 33, a first cover part 45 covering the first projection part 31 and continued to the surface of a panel 1, and a second cover part 46 covering the second projection part 32 and continued to the rear surface of the panel 1. The first projection part 31 and the second projection part 32 are arranged so as to be shifted from each other in the joining direction, and the projection length of the second projection part 32 is longer than the projection length of the first projection part 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
