To mainly facilitate work of fixing an upper wall panel to a ceiling part.SOLUTION: An attic space unit 6 has a ceiling part 11 having an almost rectangular shape in plan view, and a column 12 for supporting at least a corner part of the ceiling part 11 from below, and forms an attic space 14 below the ceiling part 11. In the attic space unit 6, an upper wall panel 22 having a height 21 which does not reach a lower end of the column 12 is installed between the adjacent columns 12. In a side part 23 of the ceiling part 11, a wall receiving metal fitting 25 capable of engaging and holding the upper wall panel 22 in a vertical direction 24 is mounted. The upper wall panel 22 is fixed to the wall receiving metal fitting 25 in a lateral direction in a state of being pushed against a lower surface 26 of the ceiling part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】主に、上部壁パネルを天井部に固定する作業を容易化し得るようにする。【解決手段】平面視ほぼ矩形状をした天井部１１と、天井部１１の少なくともコーナー部分を下から支持する支柱１２と、を有して、天井部１１の下側に小屋裏空間１４を形成する小屋裏ユニット６に関する。小屋裏ユニット６では、隣接する支柱１２の間には、支柱１２の下端に達しない高さ２１の上部壁パネル２２が設置される。天井部１１の辺部分２３には、上部壁パネル２２を上下方向２４に係止保持可能な壁受金具２５が取付けられる。上部壁パネル２２は、天井部１１の下面２６に押し当てた状態で壁受金具２５に横方向に固定されている。【選択図】図４
