To provide a dryer of an asphalt plant capable of suppressing scattering of sparks to a bug filter arranged downstream of the dryer.SOLUTION: A dryer of an asphalt plant is equipped with a mixed combustion type burner 2 provided with both a liquid fuel injection nozzle 14 and a solid fuel injection nozzle 16, a combustion chamber 3, a cylindrical kiln main body 4 having a variable rotating speed, and a controller 43 for controlling the combustion amount of the burner 2 and the rotating speed of the kiln main body 4. In addition, a plurality of scraping blades 28 for scraping up aggregate and a damming body 42 for damming and retaining a part of the flow of the aggregate are circumferentially provided on the inner peripheral wall of the kiln main body 4, and the controller 43 performs control for adjusting the number of revolutions of the kiln main body 4 based on the injection amount of the solid fuel increased and decreased according to the combustion amount of the burner 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 ドライヤの下流に配設されるバグフィルタへの火の粉の飛散を抑制可能なアスファルトプラントのドライヤを提供する。【解決手段】液体燃料噴射ノズル１４と固形燃料噴射ノズル１６とを併設した混焼式のバーナ２と、燃焼室３と、回転数を可変速とした円筒状のキルン本体４と、前記バーナ２の燃焼量と前記キルン本体４の回転数とを制御する制御器４３とを備える。また、前記キルン本体４の内周壁には複数の骨材掻き上げ用の掻き上げ羽根２８と、骨材の流れの一部を堰き止めて滞留させる堰き止め体４２とを周設すると共に、前記制御器４３では前記バーナ２の燃焼量に応じて増減する固形燃料の噴射量に基づいて前記キルン本体２９の回転数を調整する制御を行う。【選択図】 図１
