To provide a curtain wall unit having a ventilation door and a duct connection body, improved in design when viewed from an outdoor side.SOLUTION: A curtain wall unit 2 has an openable/closable ventilation door 6, a duct connection body 7 juxtaposed to the ventilation door 6, and a covering body 40 allowing ventilation. A duct 15 is connected to the duct connection body 7. The covering body 40 is positioned outdoor side of the ventilation door 6 and the duct connection body 7, and covers the ventilation door 6 and the duct connection body 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】換気扉とダクト接続体を備えたカーテンウォールユニットを屋外側からみたときの意匠性を向上させる。【解決手段】カーテンウォールユニット２は、開閉可能な換気扉６と、換気扉６と並べて設けられたダクト接続体７と、通気可能な覆い体４０を備えている。ダクト接続体７には、ダクト１５が接続される。覆い体４０は、換気扉６及びダクト接続体７の屋外側に位置して、換気扉６及びダクト接続体７を覆う。【選択図】 図４
