To provide a lid fastening tool which enables attachment/detachment work to be performed on a container efficiently in a short time, and which can be disassembled and reused when the container is discarded.SOLUTION: A lid fastening tool 1 includes: a fastening tool body 2 having a locking shaft 4 comprising a pair of split bodies 5, 5 oppositely arranged so that inner surfaces 4a face each other; and a lid holding plate 3 forming a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view, and having a substantially circular shaft insertion hole 8 in which the locking shaft 4 is inserted. Then, each of the pair of split bodies 5, 5 is constituted of: a cylindrical half-split shaft part 5a where a projection 5c is provided in parallel with the axial direction on an outer peripheral surface; and a half-split enlarged diameter part 5b provided at a tip of the half-split shaft part 5a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
