【課題】高層住宅建物において、階高を上げることなく、梁形状を部屋内に出現させずに、高い天井高の居住空間を確保する。【解決手段】鉄筋コンクリート造の高層集合住宅建物に適用され、建物の外周柱21間に外周梁22が架設されてなる外周チューブ架構20と、建物1内の共用部分を囲むように配置された内部柱11間に内部梁12が略井桁形状に架設されてなる内部チューブ架構10との間を連結する所定柱間を扁平梁15Fで連結した。【選択図】図1
