FLOOR BEAM HEIGHT ADJUSTING METHOD
To provide a floor beam height adjusting method allowing adjustment of a floor beam height.SOLUTION: A floor beam height adjusting method comprises: a step A for temporarily forming a connection structure 80 in which a floor beam receiving material 30 has an abutting piece 31 abutting on a side face 12 of foundation 10 and an engagement piece 32 engaged to an upper surface 11 of the foundation 10, a height adjusting bolt 43 for raising and lowering the floor beam receiving material 30 by forming a reaction force to the upper surface 11 is fitted to the engagement piece 32, the abutting piece 31 and the side face 12 are fixed by a first bolt 41, and a support piece 33 and a floor beam 50 are fixed by a second bolt 42; and a step B for forming a connection structure 90 in which the first bolt 41 is loosened, the height adjustment bolt 43 is tightened to provide a first clearance C1 between the upper surface 11 and the engagement piece 32 and a height adjusting plate 70 is inserted, the height adjustment bolt 43 is loosened to make the engagement piece 32 abut on the height adjustment plate 70 to thereby adjust the height of the floor beam 50, and to tighten the first bolt 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】床梁の高さ調整を可能にした、床梁の高さ調整方法を提供すること。【解決手段】床梁の高さ調整方法であり、床梁受け材30は基礎10の側面12に当接される当接片31と、基礎10の天端11に係止される係止片32とを有し、係止片32には、天端11に反力を取って床梁受け材30を昇降させる高さ調整ボルト43が取り付けられ、当接片31と側面12が第1ボルト41により固定され、支持片33と床梁50が第2ボルト42により固定されている、接続構造80を仮に形成するA工程と、第1ボルト41を緩め、高さ調整ボルト43を締め込んで天端11と係止片32の間に第1クリアランスC1を設けて高さ調整プレート70を差し込み、高さ調整ボルト43を緩めて係止片32を高さ調整プレート70に当接させることにより床梁50の高さ調整を行い、第1ボルト41を締めて接続構造90を形成するB工程とを有する。【選択図】図8
