To provide a repair diagram generation device for accurately and efficiently generating a repair diagram showing a repair area and a repairing method for performing repair from a photographed image of a structure, a repair diagram generation method, and a program.SOLUTION: A repair diagram generation device (10) includes: an image acquiring unit (12) for acquiring a photographed image of a structure; a damage detecting unit (20A) for detecting damage from the photographed image by image processing to specify a degree of the damage; a method specifying unit (20B) for specifying a repairing method for the damage based the damage and the degree of the damage; and a repair diagram generation unit (20C) for generating a repair diagram showing a repair area for repairing the damage and the repairing method based on the damage and the repairing method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
