To provide a vibration control device having a structure of a bearing wall that has an excellent damping force buffering effect and a suppression effect on the rolling of the building, simplifies installation works and reduces installation costs, can minimize effects on a building's traffic lines and lighting to enhance vibration damping performance of the building, and a vibration control system having the same.SOLUTION: A vibration control device having a structure of a bearing wall mounted between an upper floor beam having an upper wall plate and a lower floor beam having a lower wall plate to enhance vibration damping performance of a building, and it comprises a vertical force transmitting member, both upper dampers and both lower dampers, wherein the vertical force transmitting member is installed in a horizontal position to swing left and right over the upper and lower wall plates, both upper dampers are installed horizontally on sides of the upper wall plates and their both ends are connected to an upper end of the vertical force transmitting member and the points adjacent to the intersection of the upper floor beam and columns on the upper wall plate, and both lower dampers are installed horizontally on sides of the lower wall plate, and their both ends are connected to a lower end of the vertical force transmitting member and the points adjacent to the intersection of the lower floor beam and columns on the lower wall plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】優れた減衰力の緩衝効果及び建築物の横揺れの抑制効果を有し、設置工事の簡素化及び設置コストの低減化を図り、建築物の動線および採光への影響を極力抑制し得る、建築物の振動減衰性能を増強する耐力壁の構造を有する制震装置及びそれを備えた制震システムを提供する。【解決手段】上部壁板を有する上階梁と下部壁板を有する下階梁との間に装着される、建築物の振動減衰性能を増強する耐力壁の構造を有する制震装置であって、縦設力伝達部材、両上方ダンパー、両下方ダンパーを含み、縦設力伝達部材は上部、下部壁板を跨ぐように左右揺動可能に設置され、両上方ダンパーは上部壁板の側辺に水平に設置され、それぞれの両端が縦設力伝達部材の上端部と、上部壁板における上階梁と柱の交差位置に隣接する箇所とに連結され、両下方ダンパーは下部壁板の側辺に水平に設置され、それぞれの両端が縦設力伝達部材の下端部と、下部壁板における下階梁と柱の交差位置に隣接する箇所とに連結される。【選択図】図1
