LOAD-BEARING WALL STRUCTURE
To provide a load-bearing wall structure capable of ensuring earthquake resistance of a wooden building by preventing leaving a gap at a joint between the load-bearing wall and other structural parts provided adjacent to the load-bearing wall or surrounding structural parts.SOLUTION: A joint bolt 20 for joining the upper end of a load-bearing wall 10 and the upper end of at least one pillar material 1 and a support member 3 is placed between the upper end of the load-bearing wall 10 and the support member 3 and fixed in a state of passing through the upper end of at least the one pillar material 1. At the end of the pillar material 1 side of the support member 3, a first opening 3a is formed in which one end of the joint bolt 20 is exposed. A nut 22 is tightened at one end of the joint bolt 20 within the first opening 3a. At an end on the pillar material 1 side of the upper end of load-bearing wall 10, a second opening 10a is formed in which the other end of the joint bolt 20 is exposed, and a nut 22 is tightened on the other end of the joint bolt 20 within the second opening 10a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐力壁と当該耐力壁に接して設けられた他の構造部分との間の接合部やその周囲の構造部分との間の接合部に隙間が空いてしまうことを防いで、木造建物の耐震性を確保する。【解決手段】耐力壁部10の上端部と、少なくとも一方の柱材1の上端部及び支持部材3と、を接合する接合ボルト20は、少なくとも一方の柱材1の上端部を貫通した状態で耐力壁部10の上端部と支持部材3にかけて配置されて固定され、支持部材3における柱材1側の端部には、接合ボルト20の一端部が露出する第一開口部3aが形成され、当該第一開口部3a内で接合ボルト20の一端部にナット22が締め付けられており、耐力壁部10の上端部における柱材1側の端部には、接合ボルト20の他端部が露出する第二開口部10aが形成され、当該第二開口部10a内で接合ボルト20の他端部にナット22が締め付けられている。【選択図】図1
