To provide a ceramic-sealed component having excellent air tightness and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: In a ceramic-sealed component obtained by joining a ceramic component and a metal component with an active metal brazing filler metal, the side face of a flange part at the tip of the metal component and the end face of the ceramic component are joined with the active metal brazing filler metal, and the opposite face of the joined flange part is joined to a ceramic backup ring with the active metal brazing filler metal. Further, Wf//Tc as a ratio of width Wf of the flange part occupied in thickness Tc of the ceramic component is 0.5 or more, Wb/Tc as a ratio of width Wb of the ceramic backup ring occupied in the thickness Tc is 0.5 or more, and Tb/Tf as a ratio of thickness Tb of the ceramic backup ring occupied in thickness Tf of the metal component is 0.8 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】気密特性に優れたセラミックス封着部品およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】セラミックス部品と金属部品を活性金属ろう材で接合するセラミックス封着部品において、金属部品の先端にあるフランジ部分の側面とセラミックス部品端面が活性金属ろう材により接合しており、接合したフランジ部分の反対面がセラミックスバックアップリングと活性金属ろう材により接合している。また、フランジ部分の幅Ｗｆがセラミックス部品の厚さＴｃに占める割合であるＷｆ／Ｔｃは０．５以上であり、セラミックスバックアップリングの幅Ｗｂがセラミックス部品の厚さＴｃに占める割合であるＷｂ／Ｔｃは０．５以上であり、セラミックスバックアップの厚さＴｂが金属部品の厚さＴｆに占める割合であるＴｂ／Ｔｆが０．８以上である。【選択図】図１
